Chef Valentin Ivanov is a renowned Bulgarian culinary expert with over 20 years of experience in gastronomy. His professional journey began in 1999.
With a long-standing presence on the international culinary scene, Chef Ivanov is the driving force behind the gastronomic experience at La Bottarga. By combining classical techniques with a modern, innovative approach, he transforms every dish into a true work of art.
Inspired by the richness of Mediterranean cuisine and with a sharp eye for detail, Chef Ivanov selects only the finest ingredients to craft unforgettable flavors.

Chef Ivanov is a gold medalist and international competition champion, often invited to judge culinary contests in Bulgaria. He is the founder of HRconsulting, the creator of the “Fai una Pasta” brand for fresh and dried pasta, and the founder of the Bulgarian Pasta Association.
